- You know how to reach us. You will have our real numbers and when we are available, including evenings when a contract is live.
- We will protect the next step even if it ends the relationship. If you should wait, walk, or use another specialist, we will say that.
- We hold the same line when nobody is watching. Prep, pricing, and negotiation do not change because a camera is off.

How would you price this, and what sold to support it? What do I pay you, and what does the other side pay? When are you a dual agent? What would make you tell me not to list, or not to buy? If the answer is vague, keep interviewing.
